Construction >>

We never stop working. A great plan still needs to be executed. We continually upgrade our trade and supplier base. More importantly, we continually upgrade ourselves, investing in our skills and technology so our team can provide an unparalleled level of attention and service.



Post-Construction >>

You never have to ask us twice. We plan it well. We build it well. We finish it well. When our client tells us, they are satisfied and we have met all their needs, then we can say the project is finished, that we have done more than expected, and we have risen to excellence.

First Gulf Properties

New corporate head office space of 25,000 sq. ft. built out encompassing high end finishes, walnut paneling, curved glass office fronts, and multiple amenity spaces over raised access floors with underfloor HVAC and electrical delivery, integration to building automation systems and completion of a LEED certification.


Koen Pack

Design-build addition of added warehouse with new loading docks and a two-storey office structure addition completely fit out. The project was completed while allowing the client to remain operational within the building and site.


Renewal by Anderson

Complete tenant fit-out combining multiple commercial units into one cohesive office space that includes entry, several meeting rooms, open office space, private offices, common areas and integration of the client's product into the design and use of the space.


Media Resources

A re-allocation of existing warehouse area to allow for construction of a new 10,000 sq. ft. clean room production area and an added 2,500 sq. ft. structural mezzanine allowing for an internal office expansion. The project was completed while the client continued all operations with the existing plant and office areas.
